My kids wished for a more reliable breakfast option instead of walking in the rain to another location.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05cozy barmodern decorpleasant atmospherenoisy mornings
Cozy bar area with a fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere. The pub downstairs has clearly undergone upgrades with a modern, airy layout, providing a pleasant environment for meals.
The room, while spacious, felt dated and in need of an upgrade, including the tired bathroom fixtures. Morning disturbances were rife due to noise from kitchen staff preparing breakfast at 7 AM, which made sleep challenging. the parking situation is quite limited, causing us to find off-site arrangements on arrival, which isn't ideal after a long journey.

The Mousetrap Inn serves delicious Thai dishes that left my taste buds dancing! The pub’s atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, it's just a short stroll to explore Bourton's charm.
While the food was spot on, service was a bit slow, and our room needed some TLC. The shower was a bit finicky too, but the charm of the place kept the spirit high!

cozy but a few hiccups
We spent 3 nights in a charming little place. The room was cozy and the bed was super comfy, though the decor felt dated. Enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, Eggs Benedict was lush! Staff were friendly. But, man, the shower was a letdown and we could hear the kitchen prep early in the morning. Still, we made some sweet memories!
